Alessandro Boschelli born 1987, raised in the Lake Garda. Since little his love of Lake cuisine, local genuine ingredients, simple yet quality cuisine.
After vast experience in the area as well as international, among those a beautiful culinary adventure in Australia,
I have spent the last decade at the Restaurant Cassone, where he left his Heart & Soul.
Valeria Mudrei Albuquerque born 1992 in cozy town in the middle of the south of Brazil , landed in Italy in 2008 and moved in 2013 to Lake Garda ,
where she met Alessandro and started her experience in the restaurant world.
In 2020 they became parents of the Bellissima ” Mascote” Charlotte Elizabeth.
